# Plans for every stage of growth

Awwtomation has four plans. Prices are shown in Nepali rupees (converted at Rs 140 per US dollar, rounded to the nearest 100) and charged in US dollars.

- **Free** (free): 1 connected account, 3 automations, 100 DMs a month, 1 team member.
- **Starter** (Rs 2,100 a month, billed as $15 USD): 3 connected accounts, 20 automations, 2,000 DMs a month, 3 team members.
- **Pro** (Rs 6,900 a month, billed as $49 USD): 10 connected accounts, 100 automations, 15,000 DMs a month, 10 team members.
- **Agency** (Rs 20,900 a month, billed as $149 USD): 50 connected accounts, 1,000 automations, 100,000 DMs a month, 50 team members.

Yearly billing saves about 20%. Every message sent through Awwtomation counts as one DM; incoming messages are free. At the monthly limit, sending pauses until the next month, and there are no overage charges. Broadcasts are included from Starter.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there a free plan?

Yes. One account, three automations and 100 DMs a month, free forever. No card needed.

### Why are prices in rupees but charged in dollars?

Payments are processed in US dollars. Rupee prices are a conversion so you can see the cost at a glance.

### Can I pay with a Nepali bank card?

Yes, if your card is enabled for international online payments in US dollars.

### What counts as a DM?

Every message sent through Awwtomation, including broadcasts and inbox replies. Messages you receive are free.

### What happens if I hit my DM limit?

Sending pauses until next month. You're never charged overage, and you can upgrade any time.

### Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
