How to Track results with analytics
See DMs sent, link clicks, click rate and new leads, find your busiest hours and top keywords, and open a report for any single automation.
Analytics show which automations turn comments into customers, when your audience is most active and what people ask for, so you know what to post next.
Steps
- 1
Open Analytics
Click Analytics and pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or a custom range. Filter by account or automation. The cards at the top compare each number with the period before.
- 2
Follow comments to leads
From comment to lead shows how many people commented or messaged, got a DM, clicked or replied, and became a lead. The Automations table puts every automation side by side.
- 3
Find your busiest times and keywords
Busiest times shows when people interact, hour by hour, in Nepal time. Top keywords shows which words started the most conversations.
- 4
See why DMs weren't sent
Why DMs weren't sent groups every skip by reason. Click Open Logs to look at them one by one.
- 5
Open one automation's report
From the … menu on any automation, choose Analytics for its own report: runs, DMs sent, clicks, click rate, keywords and the latest messages.
Tips
- Post when Busiest times is darkest, and turn your automations on before you post.
- A low click rate usually means the DM needs a clearer button, not a different keyword.
- Export CSV gives you the numbers for your own reports.
