# Invite your team


Share the inbox, automations and contacts with your team. Invites are links you send yourself, so they work over WhatsApp, Viber or anywhere else.

## Steps

### Open Team settings

Open the account menu, go to **Settings** and click the **Team** tab. You'll see everyone in the organization, their role and how many seats your plan has. Click **Invite member**.

### Enter their email and role

Type the email they sign in to Google with, then pick a **Role**. **Member** builds automations, uses the inbox and manages contacts. **Admin** can also manage the team and billing. Click **Create invite link**.

### Send them the link

No email is sent. Click **Copy** and send the link however you like. It only works for that email address and expires in 7 days.

### Keep an eye on pending invites

Open invites wait under **Pending invitations** and hold a seat until they're accepted. **Copy link** sends it again; the bin revokes it.

## Q: How many people can I invite?

A: One seat on Starter, five on Pro and twenty on Agency, including you.

## Q: Can someone work across several brands?

A: Yes. An organization can hold several workspaces, one per brand or client, and your team switches between them from the workspace menu.
