# Automate Facebook Page comments


Plenty of customers still find you on Facebook. Answer their comments in Messenger automatically.

## What you need

- A Facebook **Page** you manage (personal profiles aren't supported by Meta)

## Steps

1. **Connect your Page.** Open **Channels** and log in with Facebook, then select your Page.
2. **Create a comment automation.** Choose the Page post, or all posts.
3. **Set the keyword.** `MENU`, `PRICE` or `INFO`.
4. **Write the Messenger message.** Add buttons for your menu, price list or order link.
5. **Add public replies.** So the next person sees that commenting works.
6. **Turn it on.**

Messenger conversations appear in the same inbox as Instagram DMs.

## Q: Can my team reply in Messenger?

A: Yes. Messenger chats land in the shared inbox, where conversations can be assigned.

## Q: Are there limits on Facebook?

A: Meta allows one private reply per comment and follow-up messages inside the 24-hour window. Awwtomation enforces both.
