# Auto-reply to Instagram DMs


Most DMs ask the same few questions. Answer them automatically and let your team handle the rest.

## Steps

1. **List your top questions.** Scroll last week's DMs: price, delivery and sizes usually top the list.
2. **Open Answer price questions.** Go to **Automations → Templates → Answer price questions**.
3. **Add every keyword.** Include every spelling people use: `price`, `rate`, `kati`, `मूल्य`.
4. **Write the real answer.** Not "DM us", but the actual price, with a button to see more.
5. **Add a way to a person.** Add a "Talk to someone" button so conversations can reach your team.
6. **Duplicate for other topics.** Copy the automation for delivery or opening hours.

## Q: Does it understand Nepali?

A: It matches keywords in any script, including Devanagari and Romanised Nepali. Add each spelling your customers use.

## Q: Will it reply to every DM?

A: Only DMs containing your keywords, unless you set the automation to reply to every message.
