How to Auto-reply to Instagram DMs

Scroll last week's DMs first: price, delivery and sizes usually top the list. Then in Automations, click Browse templates, filter by DM and click Answer common questions in DMs.

A DM with one of your keywords gets a quick question (which topic is it?), then the answer with a link to your FAQ and a way to reach a person.

Add every keyword
Click the trigger and add every spelling people use:

Check the question
Click Ask a question. The Suggested answers become tap-to-reply buttons, and the answer is saved on the contact so your team sees the topic.

Write the real answer
Click Send message and write the actual answer, not "DM us": the price, the delivery charge and how long it takes. Keep a Talk to a human button so people can reach your team.

Click Test with a real question, like "kati ho yo kurta?", then click Go live.

Tips
- Duplicate the automation for other topics, like delivery or opening hours, from the … menu.

Does it understand Nepali?
